          * Our comprehensive service covers it all.  We provide custom design, fabrication, meticulous installation, complete maintenance, take down and storage.  Every display is tailored to your tastes and budget.  We guarantee an exceptional lighting experience and it all begins with your complimentary consultation. 

 

 

4.  How much does a project cost?

          * Cost is based on the design and materials used.  We work with your budget so you can enjoy a brighter holiday.

5.  What if we have our own lights?

          * Typically we do not work with a clients existing inventory as it often creates maintenance and consistency issues.  However, it is a job-by-job basis.  We will take a look at the quality and condition of the lights to make a decision.

6. What if my lights stop working?

          * We guarantee all our jobs throughout the holiday season.  If you discover that a bulb or light strand has gone out, just send us an email at 757holidaylights@gmail.com or text our customer service team at 757-749-0199.

7. Is HRHL insured?

          * Yes we have insurance, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

8.  When will my lights be installed and turned on?

          * Your installation and turn on date will be determined at the time of commitment.  You can have them installed and turned on at different times.  We often offer a discount to have them installed early.  We will  turn them on whenever you’re ready.
